Q. What time are check in and check out?
A. Check-in is at 4 pm. There are times that the house is ready early, and you may ask to see if early check-in will be possible. Check out is at 11 am unless a late check out has been cleared in advance.
Q. What are the cleaning fees?
A. Depending upon the size of the house, they range from $80 - $150.
Q. What are the lodging taxes?
A. Local Lodging tax is 7.8% in town, and 1.8% at A Home on the Range.
Q. Can I bring pets?
A. Two of our homes accept up to two dogs. They are the Dunes House and All Sunsets & Surf. We have a pet rent of $10 per pet per night, plus a $25 pet cleaning fee.
Q. Is there a maximum number of people?
A. Each of our homes is set up to accommodate a certain number of people comfortably. We do have some extra mattresses that may be used for a few extra people. We have an extra $5 per person per night over a base number (6-10 depending upon the house)
Q. Are special events allowed?
A. Each request is handled individually, so please ask. Larger events work best at A Home on the Range at Bandon Crossings Golf Course. Family reunions, golf outings and birthday parties all work well . An event fee may be charged based on the number of people attending. Insurance will also need to be purchased for $69.
Q. Can we hold a wedding at your homes?
A. Bandon Crossings now offers a wonderful wedding venue and our homes are the perfect combination for accommodating out of town guests and the wedding party. Please ask for more information.
Q. Can I do a golf stay and play?
A. We can set up as much golf as you wish at Bandon Crossings Golf Course, at a special preferred rate which includes power cart and range balls. For golf at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, contact the resort directly. We are happy to discuss the various options and how to maximize a golf trip.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. Cancellations made more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a $25 processing fee. Cancellations from 14 to 30 days will receive refund of half the booking less a $25 processing fee. Cancellations within fourteen (14) days will be refunded any security deposit paid. During off-peak seasons, a full refund will be granted twenty-one (21) days in advance. We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance, which can be obtained at www.InsureMyTrip.com.
